It was an amazing week at Dwell on Design 2013! This annual week-long event, curated by the editors of Dwell magazine, showcases the most innovative and sustainable ideas in modern design, art and architecture. This year's show was by far the best we've seen and we were thrilled to be a part of it again. It also takes place in our own hometown of Los Angeles! How lucky is that?
We chose Dwell Magazine's event to debut our new collection of sculptural wildlife habitats. AND we are proud to be chosen in the list of Dwell Editor's Picks from the show!
Below: Our new Sculptural Habitat Collection was unveiled at Dwell on Design. The Bee Bungalow, The Bird Cafe and the Bird Bungalow were all on display in the spectacular Dwell Outdoor space designed by Sausalito-based Shades of Green Landscape Architecture and installed by FormLA Landscaping.
Below: We were honored to have our sculptural habitats and trellises debut alongside the stunning meadows, grasses and plants from famed landscape visionary John Greenlee.

Below: A collection of our Lazio Vase and Toki Bubble Trellises integrate with honeysuckle and heirloom varieties of raspberry alongside vibrant blooms from Mountain States Nursery.
Below: Our Gracie Modern Arbor supports flowering Solanum Jasminoides (Potato Vine in the west!) surrounded by lovely mini meadows of salvia and blue fescues courtesy of Shades of Green Landscape Architecture. We think this aubergine Gracie Modern Arbor had a little fling with the cool Airstream trailer as they nuzzled up during Dwell on Design!
